Dr. Pavlovich is the recipient of national honors from several countries, including Mexico, his homeland, and the United States; the author of many influential articles published in prestigious journals as well as member of the editorial board of several major Journals such as J. of Arthroscopy, International Orthopedics, Archives of Orthopedics and trauma surgery, J. of Knee surgery, Orthopedics, Acta Orthop Mexicana, etc.; and the winner of several research prizes, including a National Science and Technology award, and a National sports medicine award from the Catholic Murcia University in Spain. In addition to his accomplishments as a scientist, Dr. Pavlovich speaks several languages and has traveled and practiced in Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East. He continues to initiate cutting-edge developments in orthopedic surgery, most recently in his work with radio- frequency pulses, a novel technique with international acceptance . He is an active member of international societies like the International cartilage repair society in which he has recently being appointed as an associate editor of the journal of Cartilage ;clinical and basic research.

He has recently being appointed as international Counselor for the European Traumatology and Orthopedic Medicine center CEMTRO at Madrid, Spain. He has being "Guest editor" on several major journals like Arthroscopy,International Orthopedics and Knee surgery about breaking through research on Cybernetics,Synovial Tissue and radio frequency electromagnetic field, among others. has reported new syndromes in orthopedic surgery like "Disphoria articularis syndrome" and patented devices like the Shaver with radio frequency and a computer software awarded by the Mexican Orthopedic society "Arthrodata"
Actually he continues his research career and holds an honorary research post at the University of Sonora Biomedical division. Has completed his PhD with "Cum Laude" honors at the University Complutensis of Madrid and he is one of the most internet cited knee surgeons from Mexico .
